When should a claim report be written?
- Upon receipt of shipment: If you notice damage to the package at the time of delivery, immediately inform the courier about it and write a protocol. This is the best way to protect your rights. In a situation where you do not have the opportunity to check the package with the courier, indicate this in the protocol by adding: "No possibility to check the package in the presence of the courier."
- Upon receipt of shipment: When the damage is not visible from the outside, and you notice it only after unpacking, complete the protocol as soon as possible.
