Secure packaging of shipments - how we take care of your order?
Shipment of goods requires robust security to ensure that each package reaches you intact. In our store we pay great attention to this, using proven packaging methods that minimize the risk of damage in transit.

Double cartons - the first line of protection
Each shipment is packed in double-layer cardboard boxes to increase the strength of the packaging. This design effectively protects the contents from crushing, abrasion and other mechanical damage.

Styrofoam distances - shock absorption
Between the cardboard boxes we place styrofoam spacers, which act as cushioning cushions. This ensures that shocks, vibrations or accidental bumps during transport do not affect the condition of the shipment.

Angles and cardboard fillers - content stabilization
To further secure the goods, we use angle brackets to strengthen the structure of the package and cardboard fillers that prevent the movement of products in the package. This is a key element of protection, especially for fragile and delicate items.

If your package is damaged in transit, despite all the safeguards, we offer a simplified claims procedure. Simply report the problem to complaints@euroland.pl, you attach photos of the damage along with a damage report - and we'll take care of the rest.
