Euroland is a company with over 20 years of experience. We serve large companies, shops or agencies, but also the customers with small local businesses or people ordering goods for their own use. We deal with many industries associated with photography and constantly develop our capabilities to meet and go with all expectations.

What is SIZe?

What is SIZe?
SIZe - a system of online orders. Often called by us, the contractor panel. The website, which was created specifically to service customers engaged in economic activities. It enables us to place orders and view the available goods.

To be able to take advantage of the services offered in the contractor panel. You must submit the registration request. This application can be submitted via e-mail or online .

Authorization parameters (login and password) to the SIZe will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the application for registration. The aim is to ensure the maximum safety of online services.

What are e-shops?
E-shops are another tool that we have created for our customers. They are the easiest possible way to place orders. We currently have two available e-stores.

The first includes the offer of goods associated with the sublimation - Esubli.pl
While the other is designed for customers interested in photography - Ephoto.pl

In both of these stores, customers will find a wide range of products, a lot of interesting promotions and low prices! The shops are very easy to use and after a short registration process, you are able to start your shopping.

If you are interested in getting your order shipped the same day you have placed it, you need to do it before 12 o'clock (CET). We recommend you to contact us beforehand. Since it will be international shipping it is wise to message us in order to get all needed information.

It depends on where the goods will be shipped to. We advise you to contact us beforehand so we can present you with all the details.

What is the correct way of receiving the package?

What is the correct way of receiving the package?
Before accepting the package and signing any document you have to be sure that the package is intact with no visible sign of damage or any missing objects. It is your absolute right to do so in front of the delivery man and before signing the acknowledgment.

In a situation when the parcel arrived at the customer intact, but after unpacking it turned out that the product is defective. You should message our sales department with the complaint. In order to facilitate these activities, please feel free to send pictures of improperly packaged goods and the preliminary description of the problem by e-mail. Once the message reaches us, we will contact you with the already prepared solution.

Shipping pallets?
We do ship goods at pallets. However, time of receiving and pricing depends heavily on the place of receipt. That is why we ask you to contact us beforehand. This way we will have all the details prepared and we will answer all your questions.
